THE MIRROR CAKE RECIPE
⦁ 2 tbsp of gelatin powder
⦁ 120 Ml of water
⦁ 1 1/2 cup of glucose.
⦁ 1 1/2 cup of sugar.
⦁ 150 Ml of water.
⦁ 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
⦁ 1 1/2 cup of chocolate (of your choice).
⦁ food coloring.
1. Mix gelatin with water.
2. Boil glucose, sugar and water in a small pot.
3. Remove from the stove and add gelatin.
4. Add milk to your preparation, pour the chocolate and butter mixed.
5. The mirror effect is obtained with different icing realized from food coloring of different colors on the whole cake.
